The BC Curriculum is an ever-expanding list of targeted intentions and learning goals/standards for all students grades K-12. The BC Curriculum ensures that all students throughout BC have an expectation of what they should know and learn at par with other students their age. The BC Curriculum lists all subjects that must be taught in a classroom, and with each grade level grow in complexity and sophistication. The BC Curriculum is set out to hold teachers accountable for what is expected within their classroom, as well as outline their duty as an educator ensuring they will fairly, justly, and intently teach children.
